I am Dr. Ali Mashhour Al-Saflan, I hold a Ph.D. from Claremont State University, California, USA, in 1980. I worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration and then after that an associate professor. During my work in the college, I was assigned as head of the Department of Public Administration for four terms. I retired about ten years ago and then returned to work in the department again under the contract system until now
