He studied at King Abdulaziz University and graduated with bachelor degree then was appointed as a teaching assistant, he was sent to the United States of America after that and obtained a master's degree in public administration from the University of Laverne, USA. He returned to the university and worked for four years as a faculty member in the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Department of Public Administration. He returned to the United States of America after that and obtained a doctorate degree specializing in Management of Natural Resources and protection. He was appointed as a faculty member with the rank of Assistant Professor in the College in the Department of Public Administration, then he was appointed as Department Trustee, then was appointed Head of the Department of Public Administration Member of the Founding Committee of the College of Business in Rabigh, as well as Chairman of the Examinations Committee of external studies in Riyadh and then in Al-Qassim. He is currently contracting with the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University. .
