Academic Biography:
Dr. Komal has over 15 years of experience in higher education. She has supervised over 30 post graduate students in the field of Management, Organizational Behavior and HRM. Publishing 18 research papers in different academic journals she serves as a mammoth of knowledge. She has presented her research work at several international conferences and have won excellence awards. Dr. Komal has earned research grant projects at national and international levels. She is a member of editorial and research review boards of different academic journals. Being a certified professional trainer she has conducted trainings in various universities for students and faculty members.

Won Research grant of SAR. 37000/- under Deanship of Scientific Research program for the research project on “Impact of Women Glass Ceiling Beliefs, Career Self-efficacy and Satisfaction in Saudi Working Women”.

Won Research grant of Rs. 3, 97,000/- under start up grant of Higher Education Commission for the research project on “Employee retention through employee participation practices”.

Won Research grant of Rs. 2,00,000/- under ORIC research grant program for the research project on “Influence of Employee Participation on Forms of Organizational Commitment: A Study of Educational Sector of Pakistan”.
