Academic Biography:
Dr. Parveen joined FEA (KAU) in 2012. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Healthcare Industry. Her publications have appeared in international journals such as International Journal for Quality Research (Scopus), International Review of Management and Business Research. International Journal of Healthcare Management (Taylor & Francis), International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences. She has been teaching both Human Resource Management and Business Administration related subjects to undergraduates students. She also conducts various training workshops and is a member of several committees at KAU such as Students Evaluation Committee (Coop training) and Skills Development committee.
