Academic Biography:
Dr. Abdulrahman Basahal serves as an Assistant Professor in the Human Resources Management (HRM) Department at Faculty of Economics and Administration (FEA). He teaches various undergraduate and postgraduate HRM courses. Dr. Abdulrahman completed his PhD at the University of Leeds in United Kingdom. His research interests include employment studies and HRM. More specifically, his research work examines the interactions between regulations, organizational strategy and firm-level Human Resource Management (HRM). His recent research interests extend to areas such as Organisational culture and HRM; SMEs and HRM; Talent Management; Female Employment; and Job satisfaction.
