Dr. Najah held several positions at King Abdulaziz University, including Vice Dean of the College of Economics and Administration in 2012. She was also appointed Vice Dean of the College of Law from 2012 to 2017. In addition, she held the position of supervisor of the Law Department from 2006 to 2012. She also held the position of Deputy General Supervisor of the Administrative Development Department at King Abdulaziz University in 2008. She has academic experience in the field of quality and accreditation, as she was a member of all academic accreditation committees at the College of Economics and Administration. She also worked as a reviewer with the Education and Training Evaluation Authority represented by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation in reviewing and evaluating many academic programs. She has presented and written many research papers in the field of marketing and consumer behavior. She is currently working as an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Marketing Department.
