Academic Biography:
Dr. Sarah Basahel is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems (MIS) Department at Faculty of Economics & Administration, King Abdul Aziz University. She completed her Master’s degree in Information Systems Management (ISM) in 2010 and did her Doctorate of philosophy in 2016 from Brunel University London, UK. Her research interests include change management, customer relationship management and social media.

- I have arbitrated a number of Master's dissertation for postgraduate students at King Abdulaziz University.
- Participated in the arbitration number of scientific posters for the first scientific forum of postgraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, King Abdulaziz University 2018
- Has a certified trainer (TOT) and designed for training bags from the consultant for development and training at King Abdulaziz University 2017
